YOUR DATA, YOUR CORNER

Privacy

Wonderwild is a game hub for kids. This page says what is saved, and what is not.

At home

On games.home, progress saves on the home server for each explorer. The server keeps nicknames, avatars, optional ages, favorites, and game saves. Profiles do not have passwords. Anyone who can reach the home hub can choose any explorer. The home hub does not collect email.

A future public page

Public mode is off unless the server is started that way. In public mode there are no household profiles. Game progress stays in the browser on that device. A parent may leave an email only after ticking a consent box. That note stays in the browser. Nothing is emailed, because no mail provider is connected. The note does not include a child's name, age, or game save.

Parent accounts

A parent account is for a grown-up, and it can link to one or more explorers. Explorers stay the players. They do not own billing, and they are not separate Google accounts. The home hub does not ask for Google sign-in. No child's photo is collected. Payments are not turned on, and progress notes are not emailed.

What we do not do

Starlight Princess and Night Gauntlet carry their display fonts inside the game. Playing does not request those fonts from Google.

A parent can download chapter names and stars. The full household backup, on the home hub only, is a separate file and includes game saves.
